I’m fresh out of grad school and armed with a Ph.D in Biochemistry. I am ready to take on the world. I defended six months ago and took some time off to relax. I’ve been searching for a job in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical field, and while I was optimistic at the start, my motivation is starting to waver. I refuse to lose this optimism, but I realized after talking to NS that I needed to properly prioritize and be accountable on my efforts in finding The Job. Hence, the birth of this blog. Not only will I write about my trials and tribulations about The Job Search, but also use it as a log to keep track of things that I’ve applied to.
